Single Technologist Case Management

After your initial contact with the Wright Technologies’ Support Center your case will be handled by one of our qualified technologists. We commit that we won’t pass you off after a few hours to someone else halfway around the world, and make you start all over. We strive to have the same consistent technology team working on your behalf and managing your technology thru all life cycles, beginning to end. Therefore, we are able to communicate to you the current status of all activities pertaining to your company at any time.

Remote Access System Support

All of our technologists are skilled at remote access capabilities to access your network and resolve technology issues in a timely manner. Remote access is a contingency of your Total Care agreement, to ensure that we can provide an optimal technology environment.

All the technology systems in the world, can’t replace the value in having a human being on site explaining, diagnosing and educating your organization about technology. While some tasks can be handled remotely we are always available to be onsite to assist you with your technology needs.

If we have a conversation over the phone with you outlining steps or providing information, we promise to follow up with written communication to make sure your questions and issues were resolved to your satisfaction. We won’t limit our interaction with your company to just email and web based support rather, we use email and web based support as an enhancement to the onsite professional services your plan provides for. We are here not just when you need us but also behind the scenes making sure your technology environment is stable and optimized.

As a member of our Total Care plan your organization gets bumped to the head of the line. Our Total Care clients will receive priority appointments, preferential technology support and private invitations to industry educational events. Our Total Care clients can rest assured that their technology is being well taken care of, and their technology is aligned with their business objectives.

Quarterly Consultations

We will work within your time constraints and follow up with an onsite IT meeting on a quarterly, semi-annually or annual basis to provide you with and to ensure that you are fully apprised of everything that is happening with your IT infrastructure.
